We (Lukas, 35 and Anne, 34) are looking for an apartment swap in the City of Tel Aviv from 9 to 29 September.We offer a 105 sqm 3br apartment with a charming cut. The apartment has a big kitchen, two living rooms (one with a sleeping couch for 2 people that can be used both as a double bed and two single beds) and one sleeping room with a kingsize bed. There is also a balcony, with sun in the morning and early afternoon. The bathroom has a tub and a washing machine. The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, wireless internet, tv, dvd and hifi. If required, we can manage to offer a collapsible baby cot. The apartment is smoke free and pet free.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg with almost anything at walking distance: public transport (U-Bahn U2, U8, Tram, 500m), as well as shopping venues (fashion and design stores, super markets, organic markets). Plenty of bars and restaurants are in the neighbourhood as well as cinemas, theatres and galleries and the famous Prater Biergarten.
We are seeking for an apartment swap in Tel Aviv. We want to travel around and think of having a „home base“ in Tel Aviv. A swap for two weeks or so would also be fine.
Lukas is working at an international NGO and Anne is working at a social science institute. We are looking forward to seeing Israel and would be real grateful to find a swap-partner.
